Reading & Exercise Miles Global Challenge
It’s not that easy to travel at the moment so why not read or exercise your way around the world with our Reading & Exercise Miles Global Challenge.
Collect 500 miles for every 10 minutes you spend reading or exercising, either alone or with a parent, carer, or your brother or sister. You could even video call your relatives and read aloud to them or exercise together!
You could print your own reading passport or use the pictures online to watch the miles stack up on your very own world tour – a whopping 33,000 miles (or 11 hours) in total!
The challenge is split into seven journeys, each of which finishes in a ‘checkpoint city’. If you'd like to, you can even send postcards to your family to tell them where you’ve been.
At the end of the challenge, email school at celebratinglearning@hannahmoreandgrove.co.uk to let us know how far you got and we will try and mention as many people as possible in our next celebration assembly.
Happy travelling!
